We are looking for an ambitious and energetic marketing manager who will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of campaigns, events and partnerships.

You are a charismatic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who can create a marketing strategy with the guidance of the Head of Growth and execute it with hands-on involvement.

You enjoy and are good at the 'thinky' bits and you also get a buzz out of the doing too.

You keep your ear to the ground and through being naturally curious and engaged with your peers, you have an abundance of content to share about Enjoy; wins, theory, what we are up to etc

The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with practical implementation, driving our marketing efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Enjoy Digital’s business objectives and enhance our market presence.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content across various platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve targets.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Analyse and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Skills and Behaviours

  • Experience - A minimum of 2 years working in an internal marketing role (agency experience would be advantageous)
  • Google Docs - capable of using docs, slides, and sheets to a high standard
  • Social media - Experience across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Capable of using Google Analytics or other website analytics tools
  • You approach work with a growth mindset - how might we NOT why can't we? And you have a continuous drive for personal / team development
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to hold the room when presenting. You are a collaborative worker and stick up for what you believe in
  • Desirable but not essential - you can create content yourself and are familiar with content creation tools, like Capcut
