With over 18 offices across the UK and 300+ recruitment experts covering over 15 different specialisms - from Accountancy and Finance to Legal and Hospitality - Search is trusted by employers and job-seekers alike; placing over 76,000 candidates last year alone.
Our first brief is to rebuild the Search website, refining the visual look and feel to better communicate the scale and values of the agency, while also simplifying the navigation to create a more user-friendly application process. Following the initial discovery phase of the website project - which consisted of a series of immersion sessions to identify the challenges with their existing website - we conducted extensive user journey testing, audience research, sitemap scoping, technical discovery and more. We’re now well underway with the web build, as we look to create a new and improved digital experience that works harder for Search, its candidates and clients.
